I wanted a deeper dive but read some surface stuff on individuals who had won an Oscar, a behind the scenes you could say look at film stars and filmmakers discuss their wins and tell some tales of their experience… leading up to that event – the backstory; the production; the actual day itself; the winning moment; the celebration afterward; the perspective; and where the Oscar resides today in their home/office. A gossip read for people who like pictures and blurbs. Fun, light stories to complex emotions on what it means to win and also what the Oscar represents itself. A very quick read – 2 hours tops.. but if you like to know what it feels like to win that award, you’ll find out here so you may want to read this.
