Daring Greatly, Brene Brown

I skimmed through this book… just trying to get her perspective on how she writes and if anything popped out out to me. I much prefer books where people have been in the ring with blood, sweat, and tears… risked life and limb to come out the other side. One thing she hits on – when we stop caring about what people think, we lose our capacity for connection. When we become defined by what people think, we lose our willingness to be vulnerable. If we dismiss all criticism, we may lose important feedback to grow.
